How does money move?

If the app collects dues or service charge, ask whose account receives the money, when settlement happens, how disputes are handled, and whether a licensed payment processor is involved. If the feature is only for visitor tokens, confirm that clearly too. No estate wants payment story later.

What happens when network fails at the gate?

Naija network fit misbehave anytime. Ask how offline verification works, what guards should do when server is down, and whether entries sync later. Gate process must still be calm when data no strong.
